The AX-1 uses patented SDT to apply herbicide only to the weeds. The AX-1 takes imagery of the crop, analyses the imagery and applies significantly large droplets directly on the weeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autonomous solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AX-1 is a light-weight autonomous solution that allows earlier application of critical sprays on soft soils while also releasing labour to focus on high value tasks within the farming operation. The AX-1 works well in fleets, has the flexibility to be easily moved between locations and the classifier can be switched between varying crop types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crop types<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AX-1 is currently operating in Europe on carrots, parsley, root crops, spinach, radish, rocket, baby leaves and celeriac. Kilter has partnered with Croplands in Australia and New Zealand to conduct testing and imagery collection in Australian conditions, with Australian weeds, Australian soils and Australian crop types.
